All of our products go through some kind of sifter screen. We change out the screens for each one based on our own milling recipe.

Our “whole” products go through wider screens and our “sifted” products go through much finer screens in order to take out the correct amount of bran and coarsely ground flour particles.

This process gives us great consistency in our product granulation and extraction.
