Moving flour to

the bagger

A pencil drawing of a gear with several chains attached, connected to the chains are evenly spaced scoopers that pick up and raise material like flour or kernels.

Our flour moves through the sifter screens with the help of gravity - flowing and shaking downwards.

There are many scenarios at the mill where we need to bring material back up, to let gravity bring it back down again.

In this instance, we use a bucket elevator to scoop up the flour to the top floor, so that it can flow back down to our bagger.
