Sifted Spelt

Flour

Spelt is an ancient grain related to wheat. This is a sifted variation of our whole Spelt Flour. It is milled finely and comes out smooth with minimal bran flakes. It has a mild, nutty and slightly sweet flavor. Many spelt lovers experience that its gluten proteins are easier for them to digest.


Only available in 25lb bags

Currently available as USDA Organic but not yet Regenerative Organic Certified

Used for: Pastries, pan breads, cakes, and cookies. Can be substituted for any recipe that calls for All Purpose flour.
