All Purpose
Our All Purpose is really versatile and works well for most recipes that call for flour. This pantry staple is finely sifted, resulting in a creamy off-white appearance. It is softer and lighter than our bread flours.
This flour is a blend of our High Extraction Bread Flour and White Pastry Flour. It can be used for bread baking, but our High Extraction Bread Flour would result in a stronger dough.
Like with all of our flours, you will notice your bakes will have more flavor and darker coloring than most roller milled and bleached flours.

Used for: Cakes, pastries, pie crusts, pancakes, waffles, quick breads, biscuits, pizza dough, and much more
Grains: A 50/50 mix of our Hard Red wheat blend and Soft wheat.
